I am happy to recommend Icanhelp.com. Mr. Sousa provides Newport Construction with technical support for our networking configurations, complete installs, and reformatting. We are a small firm so even one computer being down is a critical time for us. Mr. Sousa has been available for questions and technical support at all different times of the day. He has been prompt with service and complete in his task.  

Two instances stick out with their professionalism. The first instance I called Mr. Sousa on a Saturday to ask him for some advice as the computer which hold all our company data was having errors. He suggested I deliver the computer to him that afternoon. When he received the computer he was able to save out entire company data moments before the entire computer crashed and the data become irretrievable. He then reinstalled all my data and had my computer up and running by business on Monday. Had it not been for his intuition, knowledge, and procedures Newport Construction would have been unable conduct for business for at least a week.  

The second instance which stands out was when Newport Construction bought a new computer to serve as the company mainframe. I was able to have the new computer and it's components delivered to Mr. Sousa's business where he loaded and configured the computer to my precise needs. Then over the weekend he transferred all the data from the old computer to the new computer. Allowing me to be running by business on Monday.  Then when I had a technical problem on Monday morning with my printer he was available by phone to walk me through the solution.  

Icanhelp.com has saved Newport Construction time and money on multiply occasions. Newport Construction will continue to give him my business and recommend that others do the same!
